Ntsele Food is an agriculture value chain investor with interests in agro-processing and food logistics. This is achieved through Ntsele Food’s integrated cold chain & dry bulk warehousing, distribution centres and its operational subsidiaries, namely,

Ntsele Fresh was formerly known as Fruit & Veg City Zambia. Ntsele Food recently acquired a controlling share in this business to ensure its products, such as eggs, cured & processed meats, cooking oil and maize would have a trusted conduit to market.

Distribution centres and cold storage facilities are located in Kafue Road and are available to third parties for short and long term cold storage/warehousing.

Ntsele Milling operates within Ntsele Foods Zambia’s five thousand-hectare maize, soya & poultry farm in Mkushi, Zambia.

Ntsele Fresh

Ntsele Fresh, formerly known as Fruit & Veg City Zambia, provides products, such as eggs, cured & processed meats, cooking oil and maize.

With its in-house logistics solution, Ntsele Foods, sources and delivers the best fresh fruit and vegetables to Ntsele Fresh. These products are sold through its distribution centres and cold storage facilities in Lusaka to 80% of the Zambian fast service restaurants and hotel chains in Lusaka and in Kasumbalesa, to all the cross border traders, mainly from the DRC who were previously buying inferior quality produce at inflated prices from the back of trucks coming mainly from South Africa.

Ntsele Canning & Packaging

Ntsele canning is a food processing and contract canning division that utilises the latest technology to prepare nutritious meals using extrusion amongst other methods. The factory is in the Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market.

NGF packs ready meals that are prepared and packaged in a self heating foil, into 24 hr food packs for rescue and military operations.

NGF sources and pack miniature nutritional products, such as coffee, sugar, water sachets, isotonic drinks, snack bars, high protein snacks etc. to ensure that the hard working men and women who put their lives on the line for us all are well nourished at all times.

Clients include the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mozambique & Ghana to mention a few.
